  • Lighting Control

The Home lighting control system improves energy management and thus saves money. Functions such as “scenario scheduling” – which can turn on the lights for occupancy simulation when the house is empty – are additional advantages of this installation.

Automated individual control of the building’s lighting circuits allow the user, through the touch screen Home interfaces, to turn lighting on and off and regulate light intensity, both on-site and from another location. The system shows the lighting status of each room, and the user can adjust this.

The “group control function” means that lighting can be controlled at room level or for the whole installation. The system also allows lighting and electrical sockets to be scheduled on a daily or weekly cycle, and scenarios can be configured which combine lighting with other operations.

  • Curtains/ Blinds Control

Our Home Automation system can regulate and control, independently or for sets, them raising and lowering of the building’s blinds and awnings. For this to happen, they must all be motorized.

Each of the blinds will have its own automatic control. The Home Automation touch screen interfaces are used to control, both on-site and from another location, the raising and lowering of blinds in specific room, or for all the building’s blinds at the same time. 

We can combine raising blinds with lighting control. This can be used to simulate occupancy, in order to suggest that there are people at home, or as a method of energy saving which takes advantage of natural light and reduces the use of electric lighting. 

Scenarios including this type of control can be scheduled for the building. In all cases, the user will have the choice of using the conventional controls (buttons and switches) if he so wishes.

  • Multi-Room Audio Control

The Home automation system can control a Multi-room audio System at the room level.

The audio signals from the various sources (e.g. HIFI, DVD, auxiliary inputs, IPOD, etc.) are sent around the building, and the desired source is individually amplified in a specific room. Each user can, at any time, choose any channel at room level, and adjust the volume to his liking.

It is also possible to schedule the system (for example, to switch on the news channel early in the morning, or change to soothing music in the bedrooms at night). Additionally, sound channels can be added scenarios.

  • Security and Alarm System

The Home automation system offers an integrated and complete Security and alarm system.

Our Home System has several solutions which have been approved at a technical level and accepted for integration with Alarm Reception Units, using the CONTAC-ID communications protocol. In this case, any activated alarm detected (intruder, fire, water, etc.) will be managed by the Alarm Reception Unit, which is connected to the control unit, and the user will be informed by telephone.

These control units and reception units must be installed by approved installers.

Our Home automation system also offers the option of installing a system of alarm detectors which can be managed via the site’s telephone line. Up to 4 user-selected phone numbers may be configured to be called when alarm conditions occur. Users
may call from these numbers to remotely 
control up to four scenarios using a voice menu.

This solution consists of central, backlight user keyboard/keypad and the necessary devices to provide the required cover (detectors of intrusion, smoke, fire, flood, etc.).

Depending on the configuration chosen, this system can provide the following protection:

  1. Intrusion detection: based on volumetric detectors appropriately located, the system will activate an audible alarm and advice the user by telephone when an intruder is detected.
  2. Fire and smoke detection: based on smoke and rate-of-rise heat detectors, the system will detect any fire inside the building. It will activate an audible alarm and advise the user by telephone.
  3. Water and gas leak detection: For water leaks, the flood detectors shut off the mains water by activating an electrically operated valve to cut off the mains supply, when there is an incident. In the case of gas leaks, the detector located in the kitchen will shut off the gas at the mains by activating an electrically operated valve. 
  • Control Interfaces

The following interfaces can be installed for accessing and controlling all the automated components: 

  1. Manual control buttons: The buttons and switches can be used for turning on devices, (including those which are controlled by a dimmer or volume control), controlling blinds and awnings and activating scenarios, etc.
  2. Home Zone pad: This backlit touch screen device includes a thermostat function and allows the user to manage all the installations controlled by AT Home. Its easy-to-use icon-based system can manage up to 16 zones and all the options and devices associated with them (room temperature and temperature settings, status of air conditioners and heaters, lights, blinds, audio channel selection and volume, control of alarms and executing scenarios). It displays the status of the installation and allows the user to modify it, whether or not he is in that particular zone.
  3. Home Graphic pad:  7 " Colour graphics touch screen with thermostat for controlling the various subsystems and options of the Home automation system (lights, blinds, heating and air conditioning, scenarios, audio distribution, alarms) using a menu interface. The user may manage these systems individually or as a set, manually or by creating scheduling and scenarios. 
  • Remote Management

Web Server: This server allows a user to control the installation from a PC, PDA or any other device with a web navigator. 

It may be accessed through the local area network, or remotely over the internet, using a fixed IP address. A user must log in and will then be able to manage all the building’s sub-systems (display the lighting status and adjust it, control room temperatures in each zone, control and adjust awnings, display alarm status, control audio channels for specific zones, and activate scenarios).
